The Challenge
An employer in Australia needed to recruit 10 qualified mechanics within a tight 30-day timeline to support operational continuity. The roles required the right technical background, but the primary hiring barrier was language qualification. Candidates needed to demonstrate sufficient English proficiency, including meeting the required IELTS standard. This significantly narrowed the available candidate pool — many technically capable workers did not yet meet the language threshold, making sourcing more complex and time-sensitive. The client needed a recruitment partner that could identify technically suitable candidates, filter for English readiness early, and move efficiently through interviews, qualification checks, and visa processing without compromising compliance or delivery speed.
Binamandiri Solution
Phase 1
Targeted Sourcing and Language-Based Screening (Days 1–14)
- Sourced mechanic candidates with relevant technical backgrounds and overseas readiness
- Screened for English communication ability alongside technical suitability
- Filtered against the client's IELTS-related requirements early
- Eliminated downstream delays by filtering at the front of the process
Phase 2
Client Interviews and Qualification Assessment (Days 15–20)
- Presented a shortlist to the client
- Facilitated interviews and coordinated qualification checks
- Confirmed each candidate's technical capability and communication readiness
- Verified overall suitability for deployment to Australia
Phase 3
Visa Processing and Final Mobilisation (Days 21–30)
- Managed visa processing
- Completed all deployment documentation accurately and on time
- Delivered the full deployment inside the 30-day window
