What We Will Never Do

We never request payment before a formal employment contract is signed.

Any party asking for upfront fees is not Binamandiri. Our fees are structured and disclosed only after job offer confirmation.

We never guarantee job placement in exchange for payment.

Job placement depends on client requirements and candidate qualifications. Guarantees offered for money are fraud.

We never request original documents before a formal contract is executed.

Document collection only occurs after a signed job offer and formal placement agreement are in place.

We never contact applicants through unlisted personal WhatsApp numbers.

All official WhatsApp communication comes from numbers listed on this page and our Contact page only.

We never offer or require loan arrangements (Dana Talangan) to fund placement costs.

Binamandiri does not operate any financing scheme. Any loan offer using our name is fraudulent.

I Think I’ve Been Targeted

Step 1

Stop all contact and do not send any further money or documents.

Do not comply with additional requests. Take screenshots of all communications before blocking.

Step 2

Report to Binamandiri directly.

Email: info@binamandiri.com with subject 'Fraud Report'. We will respond within 1 business day and assist with verification.

Step 3

Report to BP2MI (Indonesian Migrant Worker Authority).

BP2MI Hotline: 0500-299 (toll-call, operating hours) Website: bp2mi.go.id. BP2MI investigates and acts on PMI fraud reports.

Step 4

Report to Indonesian National Police (Bareskrim).

Online report: www.patrolisiber.id. This is the appropriate channel for criminal fraud investigation.

Step 5

Report fake social media accounts.

Use the platform's report function (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to flag impersonation accounts. Include 'Impersonation' as the report type.
